Peter and Helen took much of the responsibility for recommending a contractor for needed updates/renovations, and then overseeing progress on renovations. Additionally, they understood the tricky hoops to jump through for the coop and took the lead on much of that. And they actually found a qualified buyer that paid a fair price even before the unit was officially listed - multiple showings were unnecessary. Peter is part of the community in Astoria. I went into the home buying process with trepidation about working with real estate agents.
